Can I inquire as an individual?
Yes. Individuals, retailers, agents and brands can use the same inquiry routes. A company name is optional.
How do the quantity discounts work?
This demo shows 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% tiers, per style configuration. Final commercial terms are confirmed with the quote; different SKUs are not automatically combined.
Can I send a sample or my own design?
Use Custom Orders to describe your material and finish, upload references, and tell us if you have a physical sample to send.
Do I need to pay online?
No. Submit a product or custom inquiry first. Materials, sample arrangements, price and delivery are discussed before confirming an order.
