This page explains how XIZE uses the details you provide when selecting products, requesting a quotation or sharing a custom brief.
What you share with us
An inquiry can include your name, email or WhatsApp number, country or region, company or brand, selected products, quantities and requirements. A custom brief may also include materials, sizes, decoration, budget, a target date and reference files. Fields marked as optional can be left blank.
How inquiry information is used
Your details help us understand the request, clarify product choices, prepare a quotation and discuss sampling or delivery requirements. The request and attached files are saved on this site for inquiry handling. They are not displayed in the public product collection. Sending a request does not place an order or make a payment.
Reference images and files
Reference files are used to understand your design and quotation requirements. Please provide files you are permitted to share. If supplier input is needed, we will discuss the scope of relevant reference sharing with you. An uploaded design is not treated as permission to publish it as a customer case or product image.
Selections and drafts in this browser
The website remembers your selected styles in this browser so you can continue browsing and return to the list. These selections are sent with your contact details when you submit the inquiry form. You can remove individual styles from the list, or clear the site’s saved browser data. Form details, including your contact details, requirements and consent choice, are also stored temporarily in this browser session so you can continue after changing languages. This form draft does not include files and is cleared after a successful submission.
Continuing on WhatsApp
WhatsApp opens when you select its link. You can review the draft message before sending it. Submitting the website form does not automatically send a WhatsApp message, and attached files are not included in the draft. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to that service’s privacy terms.
Reviewing or changing your information
You can contact us to ask about your saved inquiry, correct its details or request removal of information and reference files. Please identify the request and the change you need. We may ask for information to confirm that the request belongs to you.
